Why Housing Inventory is LOW // What in the world is going on?! Home prices are near record highs yet housing inventory is at record lows! In today’s 2021 housing market update video, I break down why the number of houses for sale in the US real estate market continues to stay at very low levels.

To give you a quick real estate market update, part of the reason why inventory is so low is because homes are selling very quickly and new listings can’t keep up with homebuyer demand. There are also many other factors involved such as a lack of new homes, home owners in forbearance, and much more. So if you’re looking to buy a home, whether you’re a first time homebuyer or not, this video is for you!

To give you an update regarding mortgage interest rates, the average 30yr fixed rate mortgage is around 3.36% (current mortgage rates).
