Understanding real estate in Dominican Republic is very important when you are considering buying or renting property here in the country. I get so many email from viewers that lead me to believe that many people don't understand how real estate works here. Many people are expecting to pay cheap prices for luxury properties or beach front land. I'm here to tell you it doesn't exist in 2022. If you want the best properties it's going to cost you. There are still areas that are still consider cheap but typically those areas are undeveloped and in the rural parts of the country.
