The first property is nestled into a quieter street in Combatentes not far from the metro by the same name or even Marquês. The unit is located on the 3rd floor and is set to be completed in December of 2020. This property does not have an elevator, but does have some original features that make it more charming than new construction.
The second property is located by Rua da Boavista. It's a relatively close walk to two metro stations (Casa da Música & Carolina Michaelis) but also boasts private parking. The unit is located on the 3rd floor and was custom built for an American family that is now selling it. This property does not have an elevator, but is being beautifully renovated. **Editorial note: This location doesn't actually have a private parking space but there is street parking available.**
The third property is located by the Douro River in Ouro. It's best to own a car while living here but there is a bus stop out front. The unit is located on the 4th floor and is completely new and ready to move in. This property has an elevator and features stunning views of the river.
